Camera - f/7.1, ISO 800, shutter 1/160, also had the flashgun on camera. Post - little crop, tidied up a few marks on the playdo, and a bump to contrast!

I tried a new lens/camera pairing - the D60 and the 18-200mm lens. Not a bad coupling at all.

  Had a morning at the future in laws, and now off to a BBQ at friends! So took a shift shot of a beautiful water lily in bloom.

Very late post - spent the evening watching the Olympic opening ceremony......in Ely cathedral!

Too many, and too late to comment on them all. If you want settings comment! I will say one thing...had to use high ISO as it was so dark, so not great quality.

   Got home from work today to find Simon Jnr. soaking up some rays, with a cool drink too. Lucky snail.

Result......

Camera - f/4, ISO 400, shutter 1/100. Post - cropped a little.

 Camera - f/5.6, ISO 400, shutter 1/50. Post - nothing!

This is a bonus shot. The 'light bow' is the sun setting, and it's curved by the plastic corrugated roofing we have on the side of the house. Very odd - had to take a photo!

    Had a real treat today, a chance to photograph a DeLorean! A guy I work with is lucky enough to own one, and as it was such a nice day, drove it to work.

Goooood evening!

   Little drive around the country side tonight, as the sun was setting!

Camera - f/13, shutter 1/60, ISO 200 and pop up flash used to try and get some fill light. Post - colour curve tweak, vignette.

Bonus Blog! HDR attempt!

Hey hey all,

   Late post - but I thought I would share 3 attempts of HDR that I have just finished playing around with. On the whole I am happy with them - they at least show progression in my technique, and they are not over the top and eye bleedingly dynamic! But it also shows up quite a bit of ghosting - where the exposures were not exactly int the same frame over the 3 captures.....maybe too light a tripod.

Anyway - here they are!
